To enter your LEOCATE website, simply log on to www.leocate.com and enter your unique username and password.
Web Access
The username and password are selected by you and provide secure access to your fleet information. When you enter the website, a report shows the latest location and status of all your vehicles.
Use of the Internet allows you to view the information from any location, whether at the office, home, or abroad. Location, speed and direction of travel can be viewed at any time by simply logging onto your dedicated, secure website.
Manage Vehicles
If you have multiple vehicles or a number of company depots, you will find this function very helpful. ‘Manage Vehicles’ allows you to group and view vehicles by depot, customer, job, manager etc.
You can create, edit and delete groups as frequently as you wish. Each group is named to ensure ease of access, as the groups are available to all users within the company.
Maps & Reports
When vehicle selection is complete, the latest position for each is displayed as an icon on the map. Vehicle Callsigns are displayed alongside the map, with a coloured status box to indicate the vehicles currently operational.
By clicking on a vehicle Callsign, the vehicle’s last 40 reports are displayed on a journey trail for that day. Small icons indicate the trail, and a larger icon marks the latest location. The corresponding log of vehicle location, speed and direction of travel is displayed in the report.
Vehicle status is shown, such as Ignition On, Ignition Off or Idle - also in colour for ease of viewing.
Daily vehicle reports are held for an agreed time on the LEOCATE Server. The reports can also be downloaded by the customer to create archives, and can be uploaded again to the website at any time for viewing.
Smart Mapping
With Smart Mapping, the LEOCATE website automatically presents the best available maps to display the vehicles you have selected. This means less clicking and faster access to your vehicle information. Use the zoom function to view maps in more detail. Move from country level mapping to main roads, towns, and street maps of main cities worldwide. Maps can also be enlarged for easier viewing, and printed for reference.
Active Mapping
Simply select the required vehicles and a update interval of 5, 10 or 15 minutes. A new window is opened, displaying a map and report log. Active Mapping will automatically update this window with new vehicle reports, at the selected intervals.

Customised Reports
Our programmers will work with you to build personalised business reports which are easily integrated to the LEOCATE website.
History
Vehicle information can be accessed and displayed on your LEOCATE website for an agreed period of time. During this time the information can be saved in report format within the LEOCATE website (using the Inbox function), or downloaded into a spreadsheet package such as Excel to create a permanent archive.
Inbox
This function has been designed so that you can create and store vehicle reports from specific vehicles for as long as required within your LEOCATE application to a limit of 2 megabytes. Saved reports can be downloaded to a PC, then uploaded again for viewing on the LEOCATE website. In addition to storing information, report attachments can be emailed to recipients whose email addresses you have entered in the Inbox address book.
When the 2 megabytes limit is reached, the data is zipped and emailed to you for archiving.
Filter Trail
You can use this function to obtain a summary trail of a specific vehicle’s locations during a specified date or time range. When you have specified the required date and time range, the vehicle profile is loaded back into the main map and report windows.
Control
The Control function is specific to customer requirements, and includes monitoring of refrigerated trailers and adjusting minimum and maximum temperature parameters.
Within your company, you will decide who has access to this section so that only authorised personnel can adjust these parameters.
Waypoints
The vehicle location reports on the LEOCATE website include postcode and road / street name where available. More detailed reports can be accessed showing the actual latitude and longitude position of the vehicle. These latitude and longitude co-ordinates can be recorded on the LEOCATE Server so that you can immediately identify locations such as customer depots, drivers’ homes, ports, etc. Simply provide us with a list of the co-ordinates as displayed on the website and we will implement this service for you.
Online Technical Support
As a LEOCATE Customer you are assured of direct telephone and email access to our technical support team. Whether you need a little guidance to get started on the LEOCATE website, or have any queries on LEOCATE operation, we’ll be glad to assist.
